Components:

  • 150 g of mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 green sliced ​​pepper
  • 2 large, chopped tomatoes
Preheat oven to 175 degrees Celsius. Wipe the sides and the bottom of the heat-resistant dish with oil.

Preheat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan, fry the
garlic until it turns slightly brown. Refresh the aubergines until it softens (about 10 minutes). Season with salt to taste.

Spread the mixture evenly on the bottom of the casserole. Sprinkle a few tablespoons of parmesan cheese. Put zucchini. Sprinkle with salt and cheese. Continue in a similar way laying layers: onions, mushrooms, peppers, tomatoes.

Bake in a preheated oven for about 45 minutes.

French onion soup
Ingredients (for 4 servings):
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • 1 onion cut into thin slices
  • 2 teaspoons of flour
  • 1/4 glass of dry white wine
  • 5 glasses of water
  • 4 cubes of beef broth
  • salt
  • pepper
Melt the butter. Add the cut onion, cover it. Cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes until the onion becomes tender. Remove the lid and increase the fire. Mix the onion until it turns golden. Reduce the fire. Add flour and wine. Mix. Cook on low heat for about 1 minute. Add water, and mix with the broth cube. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and cook for 5 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
