much as 90%, pharyngitis is caused by viruses such as influenza, parainfluenza,
coronavirus, adenovirus and many others. The most common cause of pharyngitis
is bacteria.

throat:

until the symptoms disappear.

infection may be accompanied by high temperature, muscle pain, runny nose,
cough and general patient disruption.
If the sore throat is prolonged, it
is accompanied by hoarseness, difficulty and pain when swallowing, feeling of a
foreign body - it is necessary to go to the doctor to rule out the developing
malignant tumor of the throat. It is one of the rarer cancers, but it is
characterized by high mortality.

to treat a sore throat?
Treatment of sore throat consists in
combating symptoms through the use of antipyretics, suppresses cold, and
fighting sore throat and cough. These drugs are available in the form of
tablets, lozenges, aerosols or syrups. On the other hand, typical antibiotics
are contraindicated, as they do not show antiviral efficacy.

1. Home-made broth - nothing
improves your well-being like a hot broth, which gives energy to the patient,
warms up and helps fight intrusive viruses. Broth works well with every
infection, because the sore throat often prevents normal food intake other than

2. Rinsing with water and salt -
this is a great method to eliminate bacteria from the body, mix a glass of warm
water with 1 teaspoon of salt. Then the patient should rinse the sore throat
several times a day. It does not hurt a bit of honey.
3. Honey solution to all problems -
it should be dissolved (linden is recommended) in boiled and cooled water. In
order for its properties to be fully utilized, the water should not exceed 40
degrees Celsius.
4. Onion syrup - certainly everyone
remembers it from childhood, when our mothers were preparing onion syrup for
each cold. To create a syrup, it is necessary to slice the onion, burrow it
with sugar and then cover it and put it away in a warm place. The juice that
secrete is applicable not only in a sore throat, but also other infections.
5. Herbal teas - certainly will not
hurt, most of them in their composition contains a flower of linden or
elderberry and raspberry. Their action is anti-inflammatory and diaphoretic -
it causes that they help to bask and thus recover faster.
6. Garlic - is called a natural
antibiotic, we can also make a syrup from it. To do this, crush 30 cloves of
garlic, add lemon juice (1 kg) and 1 liter of boiled water and a few
tablespoons of honey. After mixing these ingredients, a syrup is formed which
should be drunk three times a day on one spoon. In addition, you can use finely
chopped garlic for sandwiches. Thanks to its properties it allows you to
quickly fight infection.
7. Inhalations - a well-known way to
fight throat pain. A few drops of the oil, e.g. menthol, can be used to prepare
them. In addition to throat cleansing, inhalations have a calming effect.
8. Care for the throat - adversely
affects drinking alcohol, smoking cigarettes and eating spicy foods.
9. Ointment - after smearing the
neck with camphor oil, soak the ordinary salicylic salve with alcohol, put it
to the throat, then wrap it with a scarf / shawl and wear it for some time.
10. Air humidification - it is
important especially in the winter season, when the rooms are constantly heated
and the air is dry. Try to ventilate the rooms (to get rid of the bacteria) in
which you are staying. Aromatic oils can also be used.
11. Potatoes - do you know potato
wraps? Just boil the potatoes, knead hot and the resulting mush wrap in a
cotton towel, then wrap the throat and tie a scarf. Such a wrap should be worn
until the potatoes have completely cooled down.
12. Apple cider vinegar and water -
mix two spoons of apple cider vinegar with a glass of water, then rinse the
throat several times a day with this mixture. Warning! After each rinse with
this mixture, rinse your mouth with clean water.
13. Beet juice - also suitable for
gargling. One glass of beetroot juice should be mixed with one tablespoon of
apple or vinegar. Keep the thistle so prepared with icing up to 10 times a day.
14. Throat gargle with sage from
sage, oak bark or chamomile.
15. Drink large amounts of fluids -
regular irrigation of the ill organism is important. If you do not like to
drink only water, you can add honey, ginger or lemon.
